Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to promote and sell engineering software solutions, including CAD, CAM, and CAE products. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and work closely with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Market Expansion:
o Identify and research opportunities in new and existing markets.

o Promote the company’s brand to expand market share and business opportunities.

o Develop new and existing market demand through strategic solution selling and effective account management.

Sales & Client Engagement:
o Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.

o Understand customer requirements and provide strategic business proposals.

o Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals in alignment with company targets.

o Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Collaboration & Strategy:
o Collaborate closely with product, sales, and technical teams to develop new business opportunities.

o Work with senior team members to identify and research opportunities from new and existing markets.

o Participate in organizing events and promoting the company at conferences and trade shows.

Reporting & Analysis:
o Maintain CRM data and prepare sales reports.

o Regularly report on the regional marketplace, including competitor updates and analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background:
o Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field.

Experience:
o Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in C software sales.

o Experience with software solutions such as Bentley, Ansys, Autodesk, or similar products is advantageous.

Skills:
o Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

o Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into business opportunities.

o Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.

Additional Requirements:
o Willingness to travel as needed.

o Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience selling to Building, Plant, or Infrastructure design industries.
